The present edition is a publication of the Ottoman documents from Başbakanlık Arşivi (Istanbul,Turkey) that reproduces spiritual and religious ties of the Central Asia and the Ottoman Empire in 19 - early 20 centuries.The edition is carried out within the framework of international scientific project which is being implemented by the International Institute for Central Asian Studies (UNESCO Institute) and the Society of Turkish Archivists. A greater part of documents is published for the first time.
