Meeting with representatives of French companies

On 12 July 2023, a business meeting was held at the
headquarters of the International Institute for Central Asian Studies (IICAS)
with a representative of the French company "Light Event Consulting",
Mr Laurent Lhuillery. The talks were held with the participation of Ms Sophie
Lafranchi, Development Director of DUALEST S.A.S. Groupe, who
visited the IICAS office earlier, in April 2023, to discuss capacity
building and improvement of museum practices in Central Asia. Light Event Consulting provides consulting
and design services for large-scale events and light installations at
world-renowned cultural heritage sites.
Mr. Lhuillery presented his company, spoke about its
specialisation and showed several examples of successful projects implemented

). The Director of IICAI shared information about the Institute, its history
and the importance of its scientific research. Opportunities for co-operation
and potential areas of work were also discussed during the meeting.
